Project Size/Scope: ⦁ 15,000 SQ FT Fully Adhered TPO over tapered insulation System ⦁ 10,500 SQ FT Ballasted Engraved pavers over 3” of insulation and a loosely laid TPO system

Project Description and Challenges: The challenges of the project were the weekly changes in the scope of work by the owner and design team without causing any impact to the construction schedule. The final project ended up 3 times the original contract.
