Type: Cold Process Modified system from Johns Manville

Project Size/Scope: 300 SQ FT

Project Description and Challenges: Rosenberg Library has people in and out all the time, so we had to use caution in working on the project. We install a Johns Manville 20 Year NDL warranty. The challenges were keeping every on safe with a safety monitor on site involved. The loading and unloading of debris had to be monitored also. In the attached pictures you can see the old roof system and the new installed roof system on the right.
