25 Squares. Full Tear-Off and Replacement on Greenway Plaza Sky Bridge over traffic dense Richmond Avenue in Downtown Houston. Installed 4 new additional roof drains to improve drainage and reduce ponding water issue. Ran plumbing through drop ceiling inside the interior of the building, and tied into existing drain pipes.

Project Description and Challenges:

Safety was held at highest standards since crew was working above a traffic dense downtown street. Safety davits were installed and all men were tied off at all times. Trying to get rid of trash generated by job in a clean and timely fashion so that it did not disrupt on-going business, traffic, and pedestrians.
