  • (3) 4” Wall Cleanout, (8) Ground Cleanout, (1) GT-750 Grease Trap w/Sample Well,
  • (1) Gas Water Heater-1, (3) Wall Hydrant-1, (1) Electric Water Fountain-1
  • Owner Provided Equipment: (1) 3 Compartment Sink, (1) 2 Compartment Sink,
  • (2) Hand Sink, (1) Dishwasher (1) Gas Pizza Oven, (2) Gas Range w/Oven,
