Work Scope: Remove existing roof systems and replace with a new foam and coating.

Scope of work: Building is located downtown a few blocks away from the Toyota Center. The old roof was years past its working life. We removed the existing foam and BUR, replaced decking, modified and fabricated proper through wall scuppers, and applied 1.5” of foam and a 30 ML coating with granules in the final coating.

Products used: Ascella Polyurethane Systems PremiSeal 300, Ascella Polyurethane Systems P75 primer, Ascella Polyurethane Systems Polysil 2500 and SESCO Granules.
