Project Size/Scope:
Repair large blister that had water trapped and caused leaks to below units, unclog gutters/ downspouts that were causing water to back up into units and seal cracked asphalt shingles/ caulk metal drip edge as a temporary fix.

Products Used:
Soprema modified bitumen and Progressive Materials sealant

Project Description and Challenges:
The Victorian is a large condominium complex on the seawall in Galveston which has several different roof types: TPO, shingles, Modified bitumen, and standing seam. The Victorian has a new management company in charge of the property so they requested us to make some permanent temporary repairs until they could budget for roof replacement in sections.

A couple of challenges were gaining access to examine interior leaks since the units were occupied as vacation rentals, and roof access was on opposite site of problematic areas of the complex. Therefore, hauling materials to make repairs were slightly difficult.
