Project Description and Challenges:

This project is a new addition to a 50+ year old existing structure. Project plans weren’t able to effectively show means and methods to achieve an expansion joint interface between the old and new building. So, Walton sheet metal mechanics were required get creative and design an accepted method of constructing an expansion joint interface, allowing for building movement while keeping the weather out.

Berridge Zee Lock Double-Lock standing seam metal roof

PAC-Clad .050 aluminum coping & perimeter metals (shop-fabricated)
